Terms of service

These terms cover everyone who uses Tagly, whether you're a creator earning rewards or a business running campaigns. Creator-specific and business-specific rules are in the creator terms and business terms.

Last updated 7 September 2026

1. Who can use Tagly

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital majority in your country if that is higher, and able to enter a binding agreement. You may hold one account only, and the information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

Businesses must be represented by someone authorised to commit the business to spending money on the platform.

2. What Tagly is

Tagly is a marketplace. Businesses publish campaigns offering a fixed reward for an approved story; creators choose campaigns and post from their own social accounts. Tagly is not the employer or agent of any creator, and is not a party to the content you post on a social platform.

You are also bound by the rules of the social platform you post on. Nothing here overrides Instagram's, TikTok's or any other platform's own policies.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your login details and for anything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may require email verification before you can join or publish a campaign.

4. Campaigns and rewards

A campaign becomes visible to creators only once it has been funded by the business. Joining a campaign reserves a spot but does not guarantee a reward — the reward is earned when the business, or Tagly acting in a review capacity, approves your submission.

A reward is credited once per approved submission. Duplicate submissions for the same campaign, or attempts to claim the same reward twice, will be rejected.

5. Honest content and analytics

Submitting fabricated screenshots, edited analytics, bought engagement, content you did not create, or a story that was deleted shortly after posting is a serious breach. It can lead to reversal of rewards, withheld payouts and permanent account closure.

Where a platform or local law requires you to label paid or sponsored content, you must do so. See the community guidelines for details.

6. Fees and payments

Creators pay nothing to use Tagly. Businesses pay the creator rewards plus a Tagly service fee, which is shown in full before checkout. The current fee rate is stored in platform settings and always displayed before you confirm a payment.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Tagly does not store your card or bank credentials.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, attempts fraud, harms other users, or abuses the platform. You can close your own account at any time; any rewards already approved and payable to you remain payable, subject to our checks.

8. Liability

Tagly provides the platform as it is. We are not liable for the commercial results of a campaign, for a social platform removing content, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll notify you in the app. Continuing to use Tagly after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to support@tagly.app.
