Refund policy

This explains what happens to money a business has paid into a campaign. It applies to campaign funding, not to creator rewards already approved.

Last updated 7 September 2026

Before any creator submits

If you cancel a funded campaign before any creator has submitted a story, you can request a full refund of the creator reward budget. The Tagly service fee on that amount is also refunded.

Part-way through a campaign

If some stories have been approved, those rewards are final. The remaining unused reward budget can be refunded, less the service fee already earned on the approved portion.

Campaigns that end with spots unfilled

If a campaign ends and fewer creators took part than you paid for, the unused reward budget is returned to you automatically, either as a refund to your original payment method or as credit for a future campaign — your choice.

Approved stories are not refundable

Once you approve a story, the creator has earned that reward and it cannot be refunded. If you believe an approved submission was fraudulent, raise a dispute instead: our team can reverse a reward where fraud is established.

Duplicate or failed payments

Payments are processed idempotently, so a repeated click cannot charge you twice. If you ever see a duplicate charge, contact us and we will refund it in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@tagly.app from your registered business email with the campaign name and the reason. We aim to review within five working days; approved refunds normally reach your payment method within five to ten working days after that, depending on your bank.

Questions about this policy?

Email support@tagly.app and a human will reply. If your question concerns a specific campaign or payout, include the campaign name and the date you submitted.
