Creator terms

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over, own the social accounts you add to your profile, and post from those accounts yourself. Follower counts you enter must be your real numbers — we review them manually and we do not claim they are verified by Instagram or TikTok.

Joining a campaign

Joining reserves one of a limited number of spots. Please only join campaigns you intend to complete: repeatedly joining and not submitting may reduce your access to future campaigns. Some campaigns have requirements such as minimum followers, a category or a city; if you don't meet them, your submission can be rejected.

What a valid submission looks like

The story is posted from your own account, follows the brief, tags the account and uses the hashtag the campaign asks for, and stays live for the minimum time stated in the campaign.

You submit a screenshot of the story and a screenshot of its stats, and you enter the figures honestly. You confirm the content and statistics are genuine when you submit.

Paid content disclosure

You are being paid, so you must label the content as paid or sponsored where the platform or your local advertising rules require it — for example using the platform's paid partnership tool or a clear #ad label. Failing to disclose can make a submission invalid.

Review and rewards

The business reviews your submission. They can approve it, ask you for more information, or reject it with a reason. Suspicious submissions may also be reviewed by Tagly before any reward is released.

On approval, the reward is credited to your Tagly wallet as a single transaction. Your balance is always the sum of your transactions, so nothing is edited behind the scenes. A reward is never credited twice for the same submission.

Getting paid

You request a withdrawal from your wallet. The payout policy explains the current payout method, timing and any minimum amount. Rewards linked to a submission later found to be fraudulent can be reversed.

Not employment

You are an independent participant, not a Tagly employee. You are responsible for declaring your earnings and paying any tax due in your country.

Content rights

You keep ownership of your content. By submitting, you allow the business and Tagly to view and store it for review and record-keeping, and you allow the business to reshare the story to its own account for the period stated in the campaign. Any wider use has to be agreed with you separately.
