Payout policy

This explains how money moves from an approved story to your bank account, and what can delay it.

Last updated 7 September 2026

How your balance works

Every approved story creates its own wallet transaction. Your balance is calculated from those transactions, so you can always trace where each amount came from. Nothing is adjusted invisibly.

A transaction moves through pending, available, payout processing and paid. A reversed transaction is shown too, with its reason.

When a reward becomes available

As soon as the business approves your submission. Submissions flagged for a fraud check are held until our team has reviewed them, which we aim to do within three working days.

Requesting a withdrawal

Request a withdrawal from your wallet once your available balance reaches the minimum shown there. We verify the request, then pay out.

Payouts are currently processed by our team against verified payout details and marked paid with a reference you can see in your wallet. We only store the details needed to pay you — never raw card numbers. As automated payouts are enabled for your country, the same request flow will route through them without you doing anything differently.

Timing

We review payout requests on working days and aim to send funds within five working days of approval. Your bank may take a further one to three days to show the money.

Holds, reversals and closed accounts

We can hold or reverse a reward if the story was deleted early, the analytics were falsified, the content was not yours, or the submission otherwise breached the creator terms. We'll always tell you why, and you can dispute it.

If you close your account, we still pay out any legitimately earned available balance.

Fees and tax

Tagly does not deduct a fee from creator rewards — the amount shown on the campaign is what you earn. You are responsible for declaring your earnings and paying any tax due where you live.
